CancerHelpers Store Policies

We have created this statement of our Store Policies in order to articulate our firm commitment to fair business practices.  The following discloses our sales policies and procedures for this website.

Payment Methods

CancerHelpers accepts payment in U.S. dollars by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover), check, money order, or bank wire transfer.  Email us if you want to pay for an order by bank wire transfer and we will forward the required information for you to give your bank to make the transfer.  Credit cards will be charged immediately upon completion of an online order, or as agreed upon if you contact us by phone or email.

Shipping Charges

CancerHelpers offers free shipping within the United States of America for orders over $225.00 USD.  Shipping is additional for all international orders.

For orders under $25, our online store calculates your shipping charge on an individual basis for each order.  Your shipping charge will depend on the destination of the shipment, the shipping method you select, and the weight of the items you purchase.

For phone orders, there's a flat fee for shipping and handling based on our estimate of the weight, method, and destination.  The minimum shipping and handling charge for small orders is generally $7.00 for USPS Priority Mail service within the United States.

International Shipping

CancerHelpers is a U.S. company.  We prefer to ship internationally via U.S. Postal Service (USPS) Global Express, which is trackable online and generally arrives in 3 to 5 business days, not counting any time in Customs.

USPS International Priority Mail is also available for a lower cost, but it generally takes 4-7 days in transit (not including Customs time).  It is trackable.

You are responsible for paying any duties that are imposed by your country's Customs agency.  Duties typically are not imposed on shipments that are marked as gifts.

Important:  International customers are responsible for making sure that the products in their order will not be rejected by their country's Customs agency.  We are experiencing problems with several countries, namely Indonesia and Venezuela, which have been known to confiscate shipments of certain products rather than returning them to us.  We are also having difficulties with EU countries.  We always specify on our Customs forms that any nondeliverable shipments are to be returned to us, and we consider any disappearance to be mail theft.  If any nondeliverable shipments are returned to us, we will contact the customer as to further steps to take, and if desired, we will refund the customer's money promptly.  In cases of nondelivery, the customer must take responsibility for the loss, and hopefully you will take that up with your country's Customs officials. 

Product Guarantees and Returns

CancerHelpers sells only high-quality, physician's-grade products, and we stand behind these products.  If we make a fulfillment error, we will work to make it right as quickly as possible.

We accept product returns if the item is unopened, in good resaleable condition, and has not exceeded its expiration date.  We do not refund shipping charges, and we deduct an 8 percent restocking fee to cover our merchant credit card fees on the original order.

Please inform us in advance if you want to return a product so that we will know the reason it has come back to us and not spend time trying to troubleshoot it as an undeliverable shipment.


The CancerHelpers website has security measures in place to protect you from the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control.  Specifically, all secure information is only accessible through password-protected accounts held by CancerHelpers.

Our site uses a secure server with 128-bit encryption to transmit all financial data, as well as to send us health-related information prior to a medical consultation.  We never expect customers to send this type of sensitive information via regular email.

As a licensed medical professional, Dr. Thomas S. Lee, NMD, maintains the high standard of patient confidentiality that is mandated by his licensure.  The CancerHelpers business and website reflect this same standard of practice.  All patient health information is treated with the utmost regard to confidentiality, and medical records can only be released upon receipt of a written request from the patient.  Click here to view our privacy policies.

Hours of Operation

CancerHelpers is located in northern Nevada, USA.  Hours of operation are 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM weekdays, Pacific time.  We're often available during weekends as well, so feel free to try us then.
